Mentoring support

Over the past 30 years, I have delivered a broad range of evidence-led research and advice in economics, heritage, and culture.

I have a proven track record in supporting museums develop through business planning, investment in infrastructure, developing audiences, and creating evidence-based advocacy.

Studies I have had a leading/key role in include:

At this stage in my career, I’m keen to learn from and share my experience with museums and heritage organisation through mentoring. I’ve had the great pleasure of visiting, working with and researching the impact of many museums, creative and heritage organisations across the UK, from Cornwall to the Orkneys, and from Aberystwyth to Great Yarmouth.

My expertise includes organisational sustainability, problem solving, business modeling, governance advice, and helping clients secure funding through robust business analysis.

I enjoy helping organisations deliver projects, achieve goals, and tackle challenges. This involves providing responsive, dynamic advice, mentoring and strategic guidance.

I particularly enjoy building long term relationships with clients (for example I have been working with Dippy the Dinosaur on tour and in Coventry for over seven years!).

If you would like to have a chat about how I might be able to help, please do get in touch.
